Acceptable use policy
What the agents may be used for, and the lines we will not cross with you.
Use the agents for real business work
Agents are built for reports, drafts, documents and analysis for your own organisation. Use them with information you are allowed to hold and share.
Do not use them to deceive
No impersonating a person or organisation, no fake reviews, no scam or phishing messages, no political manipulation, no pretending an agent's draft is professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Do not upload what you should not
Do not upload payment card numbers, passwords, government ID scans or another person's private records without a lawful reason and their knowledge.
Keep a person in charge
Every draft must be checked by a person before it reaches a customer, a regulator or the public. You remain responsible for anything your workspace sends out.
No unlawful or harmful content
Nothing that harasses, targets or endangers people, breaks Ghanaian law, infringes copyright, or attempts to break into systems.
Fair use of the service
Do not resell agent access, run automated load beyond your plan, or attempt to extract our prompts, models or other customers' data.
If a rule is broken
We may pause an agent or a workspace while we look into a report. We tell you what we found. Serious or repeated breaches can end the subscription. Report concerns to engage@agentdeskafrica.com.
