What we collect
Account details (name, work email, workspace and role), the documents and data you upload, the tasks you assign, and technical records such as sign-in times and errors.
Why we hold it
To run your workspace, produce the work you request, keep an audit trail of important actions, bill your plan and support you when something goes wrong.
Who can see it
People you invite to your workspace, according to the role you give them. Our staff access workspace content only when you ask for support or when we must investigate a security issue.
Workspace separation
Each workspace is isolated. Agents cannot read another organisation's documents, and your material is never used to train shared models.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, AI processing, email and payments. They process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Workspace content is kept while your account is active. After cancellation we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete documents, or close your account. Owners can export the audit log.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to what each role needs, and sensitive actions are logged.
