Terms of service

1. The service
AgentDesk Africa provides access to AI agents that produce drafts, reports and documents from material you supply. The service assists your team; it does not replace professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you give them and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed monthly in Ghana cedis and include agent seats and usage credits. Usage beyond the included credits is charged at the rate shown in your workspace, capped by any spending limit you set.
4. Your content
Documents and data you upload remain yours. You give us permission only to process them so that the agents can do the work you request.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to mislead people, to produce harmful or hateful material, or to process personal data you have no right to process.
6. AI output
Agent output is generated by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, publish it or send it to anyone.
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in the workspace where practical.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel at the end of a billing period. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you before material changes take effect. Questions go to engage@agentdeskafrica.com.
